Resetting or changing your passcode
If you’ve forgotten your passcode or want to update it, the process is the same:
Tap the ‘Forgot passcode?’ button in the mobile app.
Or contact us via chat or email at [email protected].
When you get in touch, please include:
– A selfie of yourself holding your ID
– The email address linked to your Apron account
Our team will verify your details and reset your passcode. You’ll then be able to set a new one and log back in.
We care about your data privacy – your selfie will be permanently deleted once the verification is complete.
