Need to reset your 6-digit passcode? Whether you’ve forgotten it or just want to change it, here’s how.

Resetting or changing your passcode

If you’ve forgotten your passcode or want to update it, the process is the same:

  • Tap the ‘Forgot passcode?’ button in the mobile app.

  • Or contact us via chat or email at [email protected].

  • When you get in touch, please include:
    – A selfie of yourself holding your ID
    – The email address linked to your Apron account

Our team will verify your details and reset your passcode. You’ll then be able to set a new one and log back in.

We care about your data privacy – your selfie will be permanently deleted once the verification is complete.
