Get paid lets your customers pay you faster — by card or bank — through a simple payment link.

No setup, no waiting around. Just share your link and get paid.

Who can use Get paid

Practice customers and businesses on the Essential or Pro plans get priority access to Get paid.

If you’re on the free Go plan, you can join the waitlist or upgrade your plan for priority instant access.

Setting up Get paid

Head to the Payment link tab and click + Create payment link. If you haven't completed verification yet, you'll be prompted to fill in your company details first.

You’ll need:

  • Bank details — your account number and sort code in your company's name

  • Notification email – who should get payment confirmations (can be updated anytime under Company settings > Get paid)

  • Your payment link alias – we'll suggest one based on your business name, but you can customise it to whatever works best for you

That’s it. Your link is live and ready to share.

You’ll find your unique link and a list of all incoming payments under Payment link.

Payouts timings

How soon you get your money depends on how your customer pays:

  • Pay by bank — money lands in your bank account instantly once your customer pays

  • Pay by card — money arrives the next working day

Card payments

By default, card payments are off.

To enable them, head to Company settings > Get paid > Card payments.

You can choose:

  • Whether to accept business and non-UK cards and who covers the 2.9% fee — you or your customer

  • Whether to accept personal cards (1% fee applies)

You can update these settings anytime if you’re an Admin or Owner.

International payments

Once you’ve enabled card payments, your international customers can pay you from most countries — as long as they pay in GBP.

For now, we only support international card payments, not the Pay by bank option.
