You can get in touch with us whenever you need help.

Live chat – The quickest way to reach us is via live chat. On desktop, click the chat icon in the bottom right corner of the page. On the mobile app, go to Settings and tap Contact Support.

Email – You can also reach us at [email protected].

Our team is available Monday to Friday, 7 am – 7 pm UK time. Outside of these hours, our AI assistant is available 24/7 and can answer most queries in seconds.

Phone – We offer call backs to our Gold and Platinum Books Club partners. If you request a call, we'll confirm it first via email from [email protected].
