The Books Club is our partner programme designed to celebrate and reward practices that get the most out of Apron – from using Apron capture to making payments and issuing cards.

What is Books Club?

Here’s how it works at a glance.

Automatic enrollment – As an accounting practice on Apron, you're automatically enrolled in the partner programme and start earning points right away.

Points-based rewards – You earn points by exploring Apron’s features, whether by your team or your clients. The more points you earn, the higher your tier and the more rewards you unlock. More on tiers in a moment.

Community focus – The Books Club is our way of celebrating practices that embed Apron into their daily workflows to help their clients succeed. It’s a win-win for you and for them.

How the Books Club programme works

Earning points – Points are earned based on how Apron is used across both your firm and your clients' accounts. Actions include uploading documents, making payments, running payroll, and using expense cards.

Tier progression – Each new practice starts out as a New Partner and can move up to Silver, Gold, and finally Platinum as points are earned.

Reward structure – Higher tiers unlock better discounts, increased document allowances, enhanced support, and exclusive benefits, including free merchandise and CPD credits.

New Partner (0-99 points)

  • 15% off client subscription plans

  • 250 documents per client per month

  • 1 CPD credit per year

Silver (100-499 points)

  • 10% off Capture plan

  • 20% off client subscription plans

  • 400 documents per client per month

  • 1 CPD credit per year

  • Exclusive events and rewards

Gold (500-1,999 points)

  • 20% off Capture plan

  • 25% off client subscription plans

  • 500 documents per client per month

  • Dedicated Account Manager

  • Up to 3 CPD credits per year

  • Priority support with phone access

Platinum (2,000+ points)

  • 30% off Capture plan

  • 30% off client subscription plans

  • Unlimited documents per client

  • Dedicated Account Manager

  • Up to 5 CPD credits per year

  • Priority support with phone access

Getting started

As soon as you join Apron, we’ll welcome you to the Books Club, so you can start earning points right away.

Immediate benefits – You start earning points and receiving New Partner benefits as soon as you start using Apron.

Quick progression – You can earn your first 100 points by trialling all of Apron's features in your own practice, moving you to the Silver tier.

Tracking your progress – View your current tier and points in your Practice Hub under the Billing section.

Tip: The Books Club rewards consistent use of Apron across your practice and clients. Focus on embedding all features into your daily workflows to maximise points and benefits.

The more you and your clients use Apron, the easier your workflows get, and the more points you earn.
