The Books Club uses a points system to recognise and reward practices that actively use Apron's features across their firm and client accounts.
How points are earned
Point sources – You earn points based on how Apron is used across both your firm and your clients' accounts. Even if you have a smaller client base, you can still unlock top-tier perks by using Apron whenever possible for accounts payable.
Maximum points per account – Your firm's account: Up to 100 points. Per client account: Up to 50 points.

Getting started with points
Some handy tips for earning points quickly and sustainably.
Quick progression strategy – Start by trialling all of Apron's features in your own practice. This provides an easy path to earning your first 100 points and reaching the Silver tier.
Sustainable growth – Focus on onboarding clients and helping them use all of Apron’s features. Each client using all features contributes 50 points to your total.
Tracking your progress – View your current tier and points in your Practice Hub under the Billing section.
Impact of client changes
New client opportunities – Each new client represents up to 50 additional points, providing ongoing opportunities for tier progression.
Strategic point earning – Rather than focusing solely on client volume, a better long-term strategy is to encourage existing clients to use Apron day-to-day for document capture, payments and expenses.
Using all of the features available to you and your clients (documents, payments, payroll, cards) maximises points per account.
Tip: The most effective approach is to systematically introduce all of Apron’s features to both your firm and your clients, ensuring everyone gets the most value out of our platform, while earning the highest possible points.
And that’s it. Welcome to the Apron Books Club.
