We do not automatically update bank details for existing suppliers.
However, if we detect that the bill you want to pay includes new beneficiary details, we will highlight them for you on the screen where you can check the payment details such as the recipient's name, account details, transfer amount, and reference.
This allows you to be aware of the change and decide whether to use the new details or stick with the old ones.
You can also navigate to the 'Contacts' tab, find the specific supplier, and update their bank details manually.
