How do I add practice team members in Apron?

With Admin access you can add as many practice members as you like, as well as decide on the level of permission you would like to assign to their profiles.

  1. Once you are in your practice hub go to the 'Team' tab.

  2. To add new member click '+ Add member' button located in the top right corner.

  3. Add a team member's email address and select the level of permission to your clients' accounts you would like this person to receive. If you want the person to have access to clients' payroll payments, select 'Payroll' in the 'Access to' line.

  4. Once done, click on 'Save'.

If you want to grant access to practice payments (both - supplier and payroll) to this person, click on their name and by toggle 'Allow access' turn it on.

By clicking on their name, you will also have the opportunity to customise this team member's role across each client.

Once you add your practice member to Apron, they will then receive an email informing them that they have been added to the practice.
