Need to disconnect one of your clients from your accounting Practice? Check how to do that in a few simple steps described below.

  1. Make sure you have the Practice Hub Admin role - to be able to remove a client from your Practice you need to have the Admin role assigned to you. If you're not already an Admin, request this role from another Practice Hub Admin, or ask them to remove the client.

  2. Navigate to the Clients section of your Practice Hub and click on the three dots, visible on the right side, next to the company you'd like to remove.

  3. Select 'Remove client' and confirm your choice.

  4. This will disconnect the client from the Practice and remove all Practice Hub members from the client's account.

Further steps

Once you remove your client, they can either continue using Apron without a Practice or connect to a new one. You can send them this article: How do I disconnect my Apron Account from an Accounting Practice?, which explains how to use Apron as a standalone account or how to connect to a new Practice.
