Where to find historical invoices for the subscriptions?

Check how to find the past billing invoices for your company or your Practice’s clients

During the first week of each month, we generate an invoice detailing the previous month's costs.

Subscriptions at Apron can be paid in two ways:

  • By a company directly.

  • By a Practice, on behalf of their client.

Finding Historical Invoices

If a company pays the subscription:

When the subscription is paid by your company directly, the invoice is emailed to the address provided when setting up the billing method. If you’re unsure which email address was used, you can check it by:

  1. Navigating to the ‘Settings’ tab.

  2. Accessing ‘Billing’.

  3. Going to the ‘Billing details’ section.

You can also find all your historical invoices directly in Apron:

  1. Access your Hub section and navigate to the selected company.

  2. Click on ‘Settings’ and select ‘Billing’.

  3. Go to the ‘Invoice history’ section to view and download all past invoices*.

If a Practice pays the subscription:

When your Practice pays the subscription for a client, the invoice is sent to you via email (to the address provided when adding your Practice’s billing details). You can also find all your clients’ historical invoices directly in Apron.

To access these invoices:

  1. Go to your Practice hub section.

  2. Click on ‘Billing’.

  3. Navigate to the ‘Invoice history’ section. Here, you can view and download all past invoices*.

*Invoices are generated only when your company or client subscribes to one of the available plans – they are not generated during the free trial.

Note: if the Practice pays the subscription on behalf of the client company, the invoices are only visible to the Practice, not to the company members.
