The majority of payroll software supports exporting conventional payment files, which can be uploaded directly into Apron (BACS, FPS and general). They come in .csv, .txt or .xslx file formats.
However, some software does not allow you to export such files. In this case, you’ll need to convert the file you wish to export into a general payment file. Doing so is easy.
Here’s how:
Create a new Excel or Google Sheets file.
Create a table and copy-paste your data.
Export it as a .csv file.
