How do I connect Apron to Xero / QuickBooks?

Connecting Apron to your preferred accounting software is a straightforward process. Follow these simple steps:

  1. Access the '+New Payment' button in the company home screen:

    • If it's your first payment with us, you'll find the '+New Payment' button at the bottom of the page.

    • If you've already made payments via Apron, locate the button in the right top corner.

  2. In the 'New Payment' screen, choose 'Connect Accounting App'

  3. Select whether you want to connect with your Xero or QuickBooks account.

  4. To complete synchronization with your accounting software account, provide your login details. This step allows us to establish a secure connection.

  5. Once done, you will see the confirmation screen (example for connection with Xero). Click ‘GO TO BILLS’ to see all your company’s bills.

Later, if the connection with your Xero or QuickBooks account is lost, you will be reminded on the Home screen.

To reconnect, simply click on the black 'Restore connection' button.

Please remember: You need full access to your Xero / Quickbooks account in order to connect it to Apron.
