The option to disconnect Apron from the accounting or bookkeeping software is only available to the person who initially connected it at Apron. If you connected the software initially, follow these simple steps to disconnect it:
Navigate to the company that you'd like to disconnect from Xero or QuickBooks (from the Clients or Companies tab).
Go to the 'Settings' tab and then 'Members'.
Tap on the three dots visible next to your name and choose 'Disconnect from Xero/QuickBooks'.
Confirm your choice and that's it - the company is now disconnected from the accounting software.

Note: Disconnecting the company from the accounting/bookkeeping software removes all the history from the Apron account, including all the paid and pending pay runs.
