How do I change the email address to which I send documents?

You can change both the company email address and the email addresses of people (members) with access to your account's bookkeeping features.

To change a company or direct personal email address:

  1. Navigate to your company's account and go to 'Settings'.

  2. Select 'Direct emails'.

  • Click on 'See personal direct emails' to display the direct emails for company and practice members of the company. To edit the email, click on the three dots visible on the right side, next to the member's name, and click on 'Edit personal direct email'.

  • In the 'Purchase direct email', click on 'Edit' to change the email address for sending purchase documents.

  • In the 'Sales direct email', click on 'Edit' to change the email address for sending sales documents.

3. Once you input the new name, click on 'Save' to confirm your choice.

When changing the email, we will automatically check that the address is not being used by any other person and highlight it for you if this is the case.

Note: Remember that you cannot change the email domain, which is @in.getapron.com.
