How do I change the email address to which I send documents?

You can change both the company email address, and the email address of people (members) with access to your account's bookkeeping features.

To change a company email address:

  1. Go to 'Settings'.

  2. Select 'Company details'.

  3. In the 'Company Direct email' section, click on 'Edit'.

  4. You can now edit the email address.

To change a member’s email address:

  1. Go to 'Settings'.

  2. Select 'Members'.

  3. Hover over the member whose email you want to change and click on the three dots on the right side of the screen.

  4. Click on 'Edit Direct email'.

  5. You now have the option to edit the email address.

When changing the email, we will automatically check that the address is not being used by any other person and highlight it to you if this is the case.

Remember that you cannot change the email domain, which is @in.getapron.com.
