Where to check your usage
In your Apron account, go to Settings, click on Billing, and look for your current month's usage summary. You'll see how many payroll and supplier payments you've made and how close you are to your plan limits.
Understanding your usage display
The payments used vs. plan limit shows you how close you are to reaching your monthly limit.
You’ll see, for example: '15 of 20 payroll payments used', meaning you've used 15 payments out of your monthly allowance of 20.
Overage tracking shows exactly how many extra payments you've made and what they'll cost when you go over your limits.
Usage resets on the 1st of each month, which is also when your billing period starts. If you're regularly hitting your limits, upgrading to the next plan often costs less than paying overage fees.
