If you'd like to reduce costs while keeping your Apron account, you can downgrade to our free Go plan.

How to downgrade

Go to the Billing section under Settings and change your plan to Go.

Your downgrade takes effect on the 1st day of the next month, no matter when you make the change.

You'll keep full access to your current paid plan features until the downgrade date, and you'll be charged normally for the current month, then billing stops.

What happens after downgrading

All your existing data stays accessible, and you can continue using Apron on the Go plan. The Go plan is free and includes access to Apron Card, supplier payments, payroll payments, and accounting sync with QuickBooks and Xero.

You can see full details of what's included in the Go plan and compare all subscription options at getapron.com/pricing/owners.

Upgrading again later

You can upgrade to a paid plan anytime by going back to the Billing section and selecting a different plan. There's no penalty for downgrading and upgrading later, and your data stays exactly as you left it.

Managing your subscription

Both business owners and accountants can change subscription plans, so either of you can make this change whenever needed.
