Apron was built for flexibility. We offer three plans depending on your size and how often you’ll use Apron to pay, issue cards, and get paid.

Go plan - Free

Perfect for small teams just starting out.

  • Apron Card: Up to 10 virtual and physical cards (physical cards coming soon)

  • Supplier payments: 5 per month (then £1.20 each)

  • Payroll payments: 50 per month (then £0.30 each)

  • Accounting sync: Automated reconciliation with QuickBooks and Xero, but automatic data extraction is not included

Essential plan - £29/month

Good for most businesses that need more cards or make payments regularly.

  • Cards: Unlimited virtual and physical cards (physical cards coming soon)

  • Supplier payments: 50 per month (then £0.80 each)

  • Payroll payments: 50 per month (then £0.30 each)

  • Get Paid: Unlimited payment links

  • Accounting sync: Full sync plus automatic data extraction

Pro plan - £49/month

Best for those making lots of payments.

  • Payroll payments: 100 per month (then £0.30 each)

  • Supplier payments: 100 per month (then £0.50 each)

  • Cards: Unlimited virtual and physical cards (physical cards coming soon)

  • Get Paid: Unlimited payment links

  • Accounting sync: Full sync plus automatic data extraction

VAT information

All payment-related charges (including card fees and international payments) and Go, Essential, and Pro plans have no VAT. However, document upload charges beyond your monthly allowance include VAT at 20%.
