I noticed you’ve had quite a few supplier invoices recently, and as things get busier, it might be worth looking at Apron’s Bill pay feature.

It lets you manage and pay all your suppliers in one place. You can upload invoices (Apron extracts all the details and prepares them for payment), then pay in bulk, set up approval flows if needed, and choose how you pay – by bank transfer or card.
