Go plan (Free)
Perfect if your just getting started, have a small team, or making a small number of payments.
Payroll payments: 50 per month (then £0.30 each)
Supplier payments: 5 per month (then £1.20 each)
Apron Card: Up to 10 virtual and physical cards ( physical cards coming soon)
Accounting sync: Works with QuickBooks and Xero, but automatic data extraction is not included
Essential plan - £29/month
Good for larger teams or those making regular payments.
Payroll payments: 50 per month (then £0.30 each)

Pro plan - £49/month
Best for those making lots of payments.

Your accountant might have Apron Books Club discounts that make your plan even cheaper, so ask them about this. The more you use Apron together, the more points you earn, and the bigger the discounts.

All of our plans come with a 31-day free trial.
VAT information
All payment-related charges (including card fees and international payments) and Go, Essential, and Pro plans have no VAT. However, document upload charges beyond your monthly allowance include VAT at 20%.
Which plan should you choose?
Start with Go if you're just trying Apron out, don't make many payments each month, or want to keep costs low.
Choose Essential if you make regular supplier and payroll payments, want unlimited cards, or want automatic data extraction.
Go with Pro if you make lots of payments every month, want the lowest fees per payment, or need all of Apron’s most advanced features.
