Perfect for small teams just starting out.
Apron Card: Up to 10 virtual and physical cards (physical cards coming soon)

Accounting sync: Automated reconciliation with QuickBooks and Xero, but automatic data extraction is not included
Essential plan - £29/month
Good for most businesses that need more cards or make payments regularly.

Understanding supplier payment limits
When we refer to supplier payments in your plan limits, we're counting transactions made to suppliers. Here's how batch payments work with your plan:
Batch payments without grouping
You can pay multiple invoices in batch, sending us the funds in one go under one reference. Each payment made to a different supplier will count as a separate supplier payment towards your monthly limit.
Batch payments with grouping
When making a batch payment, you have the option to group payments. If this option is enabled and you have more than one invoice for the same supplier, these invoices will be grouped into one payment matching the total of all invoices. This grouped payment will only count as one supplier payment towards your monthly limit.
VAT information
All payment-related charges (including card fees and international payments) and Go, Essential, and Pro plans have no VAT. However, document upload charges beyond your monthly allowance include VAT at 20%.
