Currently, Apron is fully available for companies based in the UK. With Payments you can send money to over 150 countries in 30+ currencies, but only for businesses registered in the UK. Invoice Capture is available for companies registered in the UK and Ireland.

Available features:

  • Invoice capture - allows you to easily capture thousands of documents at once, within seconds. You can upload invoices by WhatsApp, email, mobile app, or drag-and-drop.
    Note: Invoice capture is only available for users who connect their accounting software, from Xero or QuickBooks.

  • Payments - allows you to batch pay your suppliers or employees in a few simple clicks. Payments go directly from your bank account to the selected beneficiaries. Note: The Payments feature is available only for UK-registered companies. To find all the supported company types, check our article: What company types does Apron support?.
