You can delete an uploaded document.
Here's how:
Go to the Bookkeeping section.
Make sure you are in the Purchases or Sales sections and find the Inbox, or Archive* tab (*in case the document was previously archived in Apron).
Click on the three dots located on the right side of the screen in the document row.
From here, you can choose to either Archive or Delete a document permanently.
Note: this action is only possible for unpublished documents (visible in the Inbox or Archive tabs).
If you want to delete a document that has already been published, you can do so in Xero or QuickBooks. The corresponding document will remain in the Published section of Apron.
If you'd like to delete multiple documents at once
Go to the Bookkeeping section in the app.
Make sure you are in the Purchases or Sales sections and access the Inbox, or Archive* tab (*in case the document was previously archived in Apron)
Click the multi-selection boxes on the left-hand side of all the documents you want to remove.
Click on Archive (to archive all selected documents) or click on the three dots at the bottom of the screen and choose Delete permanently to delete the documents
