File types we accept
You can submit the following file types to Apron: PDF, JPG, PNG, DOC / DOCX, XLS / XLSX, CSV, ODS, TXT, TIFF, RTF, GIF, XML, HEIC, EPS, AI.
You can also upload ZIP archives containing the file types listed above.
When uploading a ZIP or PDF containing multiple documents, our system will automatically split them into individual bills, receipts, or credit notes. Find more details in our article: Check how we handle multi-document PDFs.
Size limits
File size – up to 25 MB per file (excl. ZIP)
PDF – Up to 200 pages per document
ZIP – Up to 100 files in a single ZIP archive, up to 100 MB per ZIP archive
